Click to ExploreHerc, a third-generation manufacturing business, was handling a high volume of daily quote requests across multiple product lines. Each product had over 60 variants, making quote creation heavily manual and time-consuming.
The inside sales team was spending 20–30 minutes per quote, navigating product configurations, calculations, and discounting at a volume of 50–60 quotes per day. Delays in turnaround were directly leading to lost deals and revenue.
The priority wasn't adding more people or pushing the team harder, it was removing friction.
We focused on:
A master Google Sheet was designed to function like a lightweight ERP system:
The system was built to be intuitive, requiring minimal training and effort.
Quote creation time dropped from 20–30 minutes to 3–4 minutes per quote.
The sales team could respond faster, reduce errors, and handle higher volumes without bottlenecks—directly improving deal conversion and revenue flow.

Founder Support · Clarity Mapping
Click to ExploreSimran Patankar, the artist and founder behind Stoberimoo, had just quit her full-time job to commit to her art business. While the decision felt right, it also came with fear, overwhelm, and uncertainty around how to actually build a sustainable business around her work.
She came in with a strong artistic vision and commitment to her craft, and was looking for clarity, structure, and guidance to turn that vision into a sustainable business.
Security but limited creative freedom
Freedom with uncertainty
This wasn't about rushing growth or chasing revenue.
The focus was to build a steady, grounded foundation, one step at a time.
We prioritised:
Through weekly consulting sessions (starting July 2025), we worked across:
As clarity grew, we moved toward planning future-ready goals—including setting up the business for the coming year.
Simran now operates with confidence, clarity, and commitment to her art business.
Revenue began converting naturally, not because it was chased, but because the right work was being done consistently. The business now moves with intention, making growth a by-product of alignment and action.

Conceptualization · Strategy · Design
Click to ExploreShenoy's, founded in 1967, is a legacy restaurant brand rooted in GSB cuisine. Led by Vikram K Shenoy, the third generation of the family, the restaurant was envisioned as a revival that honoured its cultural heritage while speaking to a contemporary audience.
The goal was to bring Shenoy's back as a space that felt familiar, warm, like family.
We were involved from the earliest stages, shaping how the brand would be experienced physically.
Our role focused on:
The intent was to design a space that didn't just look rooted, but felt lived-in and authentic.
The menu was conceptualized and designed, with the end product created in close alignment with the Shenoy's experience, serving as a central touchpoint of the restaurant's identity.
Before starting the design process, we conducted focused research and competitive analysis, studying comparable heritage and coastal restaurants, understanding how cuisine, pricing, and presentation were positioned, and identifying opportunities to differentiate without losing authenticity.
This insight shaped a menu system that felt both rooted and refined.
OTP led:
The result was a menu that reflected cultural depth, competitive awareness, and a premium dining experience, while remaining true to the brand's heritage.
The social media launch for Shenoy's was treated as an extension of the in-restaurant experience, not just a promotional channel.
A key narrative focus was communicating that Shenoy's is a family-run restaurant, where dining is meant to feel like being welcomed into a home. Content was shaped to reflect warmth, familiarity, and care, positioning a meal at Shenoy's as an experience of dining with family, not just being served food.
Alongside this emotional lens, the launch was built with strategic intent.
The work involved:
The result was a social presence that felt personal yet polished—where storytelling, aesthetics, and analytics worked together to introduce Shenoy's to its audience.
Videography was used as a key medium to capture and communicate the essence of Shenoy's, beyond still imagery and written narratives.
The focus was on creating films that reflected the warmth of a family-run restaurant, the intimacy of the dining experience, and the cultural depth of GSB cuisine, while staying visually aligned with the brand's overall aesthetic.
The work involved:
The outcome was a set of films that brought the Shenoy's experience to life, designed to integrate seamlessly across the website and launch touchpoints.
